FLOW YOGA DESCRIPTION

60/45/30 mins (All Levels)

Move your body and connect with your breath in these uplifting and fun Vinyasa FLOW classes. Great for unwinding tension from shoulders & hips whilst building core strength as we journey safely towards a peak pose with many stops along the way. This way of moving the body helps to focus your mind into present time and ends with deep relaxation. Suitable for all levels with modifications given for beginners and trickier options for those who are ready!

FLOW YOGA DESCRIPTION

In this intermediate ENERGISE vinyasa yoga class we combine movement with the breath to create an energising and detoxing flow. Classes will be taught based on themes with backgrounds rooted in either Traditional Chinese Medicine as Seasonal Yoga or the Myths & Philosophies of the Ancient Indian principles and Bhakti Yoga. Through this powerful connection of body & mind, these classes can help lower stress levels, promote health, flexibility& strength, and a feeling of well-being. Perfect for those with an existing yoga experience looking to deepen their practice.

45/30mins (All Levels)

An awakening SUNRISE flow yoga class designed to stretch out and wake up your body, energising you for the day ahead! We’ll open up the hips, loosen up our shoulders and warm up into sun salutations, twists and heart openers before finishing off with a guided breath-led relaxation! Suitable for all levels.

FOUNDATION DESCRIPTION

60mins (Beginner Friendly)

A slower paced class that focuses on correct alignment to get the most from your yoga practice. It is a flow yoga-based class aimed at stretching and strengthening the body but with main focus on creating solid FOUNDATION. We take the time to look at how the body should be aligned in poses and offer options to modify depending on your needs. To end the class, guidance on breath control (pranayama) and relaxation will help to bring a sense of calm and well-being to the body and mind. Suitable for all levels including those completely new to yoga as well as being useful for students who want to step back from faster flow to work on alignment.

Enjoy a variety of classes normally practiced in a heated studio….. you don’t have to get your own room up to 40degC but get creative with your central heating or log burner or even put on a few more layers! There are many extra benefits with Hot Yoga including extra flexibility & cardio, increased focus & strength, quicker healing and efficient detox of your systems just to name just a few. Prepare by being hydrated as much as possible before class and top up after, perhaps with added electrolytes if you sweat a lot.

These class will evoke a sense of calm in the body and mind, balancing the nervous system ready for a deeply relaxing day or evening ahead.

FUSION YOGA DESCRIPTION

This is an essential tool for anyone who suffers from stress, anxiety, insomnia or struggles to quieten that chattering mind, especially last thing in the evening. Traditionally taken in a lying down position back can also be practiced seated on the floor or chair.
