In the second part, we’ll be exploring different styles of meditation to help settle our minds and diminish the stress & anxiety that can build up in our lives. Very Beginner Friendly! A State of Balance 60mins
Finding a state of balance isn’t just about standing on one leg! In fact, the first half of the practice will stay close to the earth so we can find a sense of stability in our physical body without worrying about falling over. Enjoy meditations to find balance in the mind as well as the Chakras, important energetic centres in our subtle bodies, to find a harmony within.
