She will share with you the balancing practices of yoga asana (movement), pranayama (breath work) & time for reflection to see where things in your life can be tweaked to bring you to a more blissful place.
This workshop includes a stronger slow power flow section to get your muscles moving & blood flowing before a gentle floor-based yin practice to take you deep into the restorative parts of the nervous system which allow us to heal. Throughout, you’ll find exercises to help you list out what the major triggers that stress you out and observe how you normally would react. Through cultivating a meditative mindset, Leigh will encourage you to find new coping mechanisms that when practised regularly, become a healthier & happier way of life.
