Focus Into Calm 60mins
Enjoy a gentle flow of movements to connect your mind & body through the focus on breathing as we stretch out out. This focus continues into the first breath-led meditation to prepare the mind to calm and then through a drishti (eye-gaze) meditation, shift from any state of heightened activity into peacefulness
