A soothing, slow flow yoga class that concentrates on gentle stretching, hip opening and breathing to bring balance to the body with easy-going, relaxing postures. In this class we join the breath with each movement in a slow and gentle way, followed with breathing exercises and a guided relaxations to help lower any stress and make you feel like you have been wrapped in cotton wool.

An all–round gentle flow for the whole body focusing on releasing tightness & tension from joint spaces and muscles. Our Liver is responsible for the smooth flow of energy within us so whenever we feel stuck physically and/or mentally, we can work with this organ in mind during our practice to get things moving again!
