An awakening SUNRISE flow yoga class designed to stretch out and wake up your body, energising you for the day ahead! We’ll open up the hips, loosen up our shoulders and warm up into sun salutations, twists and heart openers before finishing off with a guided breath-led relaxation! Suitable for all levels.
Get Up And Go – 30mins
Jump on the mat and get straight into an awaking practice that will rev us up for the day! We start by getting the blood flowing to our muscles & joints as well as warming up the fascia, our connective tissue that lies over the muscle surface and can feel tight when we first wake up. Our short flow will help get into the key areas of our bodies so we can find a sense of balance within.
