In this class we join the breath with each movement in a slow and gentle way, followed with breathing exercises and a guided relaxations to help lower any stress and make you feel like you have been wrapped in cotton wool.
Clear the clutter & allow some space to come into the mind in this 6th/7th Chakra focussed class, making room for insight, information & inspiration to slide in. Turning on our conscious awareness to stay present as we take a slow moving meditative flow on the mat and feel spaciousness within the whole body as well as the head. Perfect for calming the brain before bed or any other time, you need to get some clarity!
