Enjoy a heart-warming of fusion of movement & meditation practices that will help to bring a sense of deep relaxation for tired bodies & restless minds. The gentle physical section will melt away tension from shoulders & neck followed by mobilising the hips to relax the lower back and be ready to sit. Meditations include a mind soothing square breath technique leading into a heart chakra visualisation on the magical lotus flower.
