HOT Yoga
Enjoy a variety of classes normally practiced in a heated studio….. you don’t have to get your own room up to 40degC but get creative with your central heating or log burner or even put on a few more layers! There are many extra benefits with Hot Yoga including extra flexibility & cardio, increased focus & strength, quicker healing and efficient detox of your systems just to name just a few. Prepare by being hydrated as much as possible before class and top up after, perhaps with added electrolytes if you sweat a lot.
