A soothing, slow flow yoga class that concentrates on gentle stretching, hip opening and breathing to bring balance to the body with easy-going, relaxing postures. In this class we join the breath with each movement in a slow and gentle way, followed with breathing exercises and a guided relaxations to help lower any stress and make you feel like you have been wrapped in cotton wool.
Lunar Flow 30mins
Harness the calming energy of the moon as we slowly flow through a soothing lunar salutation flow. Designed to work with the relaxing nature of our Parasympathetic nervous system, we gently lift & fold the spine repetitively through forward folds, low lunges and downward dogs to nourish the fluidity of our spinal column and feel more at ease within.
