An awakening SUNRISE flow yoga class designed to stretch out and wake up your body, energising you for the day ahead! We’ll open up the hips, loosen up our shoulders and warm up into sun salutations, twists and heart openers before finishing off with a guided breath-led relaxation! Suitable for all levels.
Morning Flow – 30mins
Get up and flow! Warm up through a gentle spine & hip sequence before flowing through variations of Sun Salutations that will loosen up your muscles for the day ahead. The added benefit of moving with your breath is get connected with the flow of your mind to feel more present as you start your day.
