In this luxurious prana flow you’ll slow down your breath and synchronize your movement with this fluid meditation practice. We work with the hips and heart and you’ll feel a greater connection with your body as a result of this. In this practice you’ll thrive in your para-sympathetic nervous system, a system that we could all do with living in more frequently because of it’s array of benefits, two being our ability to think clearly and also boosting our own immunity.
