Even in just one session, you can start to feel more relaxed and in control of both the natural tension we need to hold our structure and also the unnecessary tension that creeps up during stressful times. With a regular practice of this, stress & anxiety levels can decrease to help you feel calmer & relaxed.  You can take part in this meditation either lying down or seated.
