The ultimate combination of flow & pause, in our Fusion classes you will experience the duality of stillness and a deeply restorative way of moving, nestled between dynamic bursts of vinyasa. We will create spaciousness in the body through a breath-led and dynamic flow, and then relax into that openness through yin or restorative shapes. These classes will evoke a sense of calm in the body and mind, balancing the nervous system ready for a deeply relaxing evening ahead.
Root to Rise – 60mins
This class weaves together yin + yang with mudra and breath, so you can really take what you need as nourishment. In this grounding practice we work with the Garuda mudra (eagle mudra) which reminds us that we have the strength and power within to rise and soar above anything that comes our way – remembering the importance of grounding and rooting in order to rise and take flight. Expect to work into the hips and shoulders with a balance or two thrown in! Grab a block and a blanket for savasana if required.
