An awakening SUNRISE flow yoga class designed to stretch out and wake up your body, energising you for the day ahead! We’ll open up the hips, loosen up our shoulders and warm up into sun salutations, twists and heart openers before finishing off with a guided breath-led relaxation! Suitable for all levels.
Short Ashtanga Flow – 30mins
Based loosely on the Ashtanga Primary series, this short morning flow will take you through Sun Salutations to warm up followed by a sequence of strong standing postures to help build strength & stamina before taking it to the floor to stretch hamstrings & hips. Working closely with the breath, this class will help to get you focussed in on your day and is a great way to get both mind & body connected!
