A soothing, slow flow yoga class that concentrates on gentle stretching, hip opening and breathing to bring balance to the body with easy-going, relaxing postures. In this class we join the breath with each movement in a slow and gentle way, followed with breathing exercises and a guided relaxations to help lower any stress and make you feel like you have been wrapped in cotton wool.
Slow & Steady 30mins
Exactly as the title suggests, this relaxing slow flow class will be a steady journey from the floor where we focus around the lower body, opening the hips & releasing tension from the lower back. Following on through a gentle moon salutation flow to ease the shoulders & neck so that you feel all around relaxed, body & mind!
