We will create spaciousness in the body through a breath-led and dynamic flow, and then relax into that openness through yin or restorative shapes. These classes will evoke a sense of calm in the body and mind, balancing the nervous system ready for a deeply relaxing evening ahead.
Somatic Check-In – 30mins
The three main areas in the body where we unconsciously contract in response to external stressors are the jaw, the shoulders and the hips. This 30 minute fusion of yin and yang focuses on working deeply into these areas to leave you feeling lighter and more spacious. Struggling with time but really need to get in some longer hold?
