A short & sweet instructional style class that takes you deep into the legs and help to stretch out what often are the tightest muscles in our body – the hamstrings, glutes and hip flexors (the psoas). As we stretch, there will be opportunity to travel towards Splits pose with many stops along the way. There are many benefits to practicing this including increase of flexibility in our legs and back as well as balancing the central nervous system.
