A soothing, slow flow yoga class that concentrates on gentle stretching, hip opening and breathing to bring balance to the body with easy-going, relaxing postures. In this class we join the breath with each movement in a slow and gentle way, followed with breathing exercises and a guided relaxations to help lower any stress and make you feel like you have been wrapped in cotton wool.

A tension-melting practice that can be done seated on a chair or on your yoga mat. Enjoy a series of repetitive movements around the wrists, elbows, shoulders & upper back to help create space for energy to flow and give room for your joints & neck to breathe!
