An awakening SUNRISE flow yoga class designed to stretch out and wake up your body, energising you for the day ahead! We’ll open up the hips, loosen up our shoulders and warm up into sun salutations, twists and heart openers before finishing off with a guided breath-led relaxation! Suitable for all levels.
Taking It Easy 30mins
For anyone needing a chilled slow flow start to the day, this is it! Beginning with a deep breathing practice on our back, we fuel up and then warm the spine with lifts & twists to support the health of our lower back. As we rise up, we open up the shoulders & gentle core work to enhance postural stability before getting into the hips to finish our preparations body & mind for whatever the day holds!
