The first half of this gentle & balanced class will stretch out and move your body, opening hips & shoulders so that sitting becomes more comfortable and posture improves. In the second part, we’ll be exploring different styles of meditation to help settle our minds and diminish the stress & anxiety that can build up in our lives. Very Beginner Friendly! The Breath Ratio 30mins
Congratulations on prioritising 30mins of your day to look after your body and mind. This session involves 15mins of stretching followed by 15mins of breathwork where we look at extending the exhale gradually through breath ratios to help down regulate the nervous system and enter a space of calm.
